This adorable 2 bedroom cottage in Brewster is the perfect location for a small family or couple coming to enjoy the simple pleasures of summer on the Cape. You will have everything you need within a mile - 3 local markets, 2 ice creameries, bike trail and 2 bike rental shops, and 4 beautiful bay beaches to choose from. Walk to the Brewster Scoop for hand-scooped ice cream and stop by the Brewster General Store for penny candy and unique trinkets, or stroll to the Woodshed for a drink with the locals and great live music. Travel down Route 6A in either direction and you will find all sorts of unique spots! The shops at Lemon Tree Village are only 5 minutes away, and there are many great local restaurants within a 10 minute drive or less. 

When you step inside the cottage you will feel instantly at home! Lovingly restored, it features original hardwood floors and a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You can watch all the local bird life at the feeders outside the kitchen window while you're making dinner! The home is comfortable and suited to all of your vacation needs, complete with washer and dryer on the main level, AC and cable TV. 

Outside, there is also a brand new outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and outdoor dining for 4. Set some steaks on the grill and enjoy the salty, fresh air. The 3 season porch is also a great spot to sit back and relax out of the sun. Don't forget to head down to the beach for sunset - the bay boasts spectacular sunsets that you won't want to miss!
