Who We’re Looking For:

We need a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll start by diving into the core operations of our business, helping manage bookings, guest interactions, and property readiness. Beyond the busy season, you’ll take on a diverse range of tasks to support the company’s growth. This full-time, year-round role offers opportunities for learning and advancement.

What You’ll Do:

Guest & Owner Communications:

  • Provide top-tier customer service to guests and owners, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, close bookings, and assist with issue resolution.
  • Serve as a primary contact for owner communications, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering strong relationships.

Operational Support:

  • Oversee property turnover and quality assurance (weekends required in-season).
  • Address on-call tenant needs, such as coordinating vendor repairs or troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist with onboarding new properties, updating listings, and maintaining our property management system.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, project research, and follow-up tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and adaptability to tackle various tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with guests and owners.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort with technology, including G Suite (prior customer service/reservation experience is a plus).

Location & Requirements

  • This role requires regular access to Cape Cod properties, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Reliable transportation is a must.
  • A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is required.
  • Availability to work Summer weekends (Saturdays required) and rotating on-call schedule “in-season.”
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get almost anything done when needed. GSD (Get Sh*t Done) mindset. (Please reference this in reaching out to us so we know you read this.)
