Vacation home rentals offer the space, comfort, and privacy of a home—making them ideal for families and groups. Our homes feature full kitchens, multiple bedrooms and living areas, and outdoor spaces, with many offering amenities such as game rooms, hot tubs, and BBQ grills. Instead of returning to a small hotel room, you can relax and unwind in a fully equipped home designed for comfortable, memorable stays.

Because our rental season is limited and homeowners rely on confirmed bookings, all reservations are considered firm once booked.

If you need to cancel your reservation, written notice must be sent by email to [email protected].

  • If we are able to rebook the home for the same dates and the same rental rate, you will receive a refund of your payments minus a 20% cancellation fee.

  • If we are able to rebook the home for the same dates at a lower rental rate, you will be refunded your payments minus the rate difference and the 20% cancellation fee.

  • Any eligible refunds are processed after the original rental dates have passed, once replacement revenue has been fully recognized.

If the home cannot be rebooked, you remain responsible for the full rental amount, and no refund will be issued.

Please note:

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

  • No refunds are provided if payment is outstanding at the time of cancellation.

  • Any remaining balance becomes immediately due upon cancellation and may be charged to the credit card on file.

We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your rental payments in the event you need to cancel.
