This custom built Cape is perfectly tucked away in a secluded East Orleans neighborhood with deeded access to a private sandy beach and small walkable inlets on Little Pleasant Bay. The home is secluded yet a short 5 minute drive to all of what East Orleans has to offer; restaurants, shopping, the local ice cream shop and of course the famous Nauset Beach. The home’s floor plan offers you a light filled living room with fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a separate sunroom, and a generous dining and kitchen area that all guests would love. It gives you lots of great gathering areas yet little nooks and other rooms to escape to for privacy. Relax and watch the sunrises and sunsets from the charming farmer's porch, dine on the back deck or take a walk down to the beautiful white sand beach accessible by a deeded path just across the street.
The home offers you four bedrooms and three and half baths including en suites on both the main and second floor. The first floor offers you a living room with gas fire place, sunroom with TV and a pull out bed for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and 1/2 bathroom. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with a king bed and en suite full bathroom next to a laundry room. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lower level study/den provides privacy for remote work and additional sleeping with a pull out sofa.
Inside, you'll enjoy the comforts of a well appointed and comfortable home. Outside there's even more to enjoy like eating al fresco on the back deck, equipped with a gas grill and dining table with umbrella. Walk out the back yard and you are just a 2 minute stroll to deeded access to Little Pleasant Bay via shared neighborhood steps. We loved our rental in East Orleans. The home was spacious - enough room for 2 couples to hang out, read, chat, etc. The home was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable. We love the option of either sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch or hanging out on the back deck. We were steps away from Little Pleasant Bay and a private beach. We enjoyed the comfort and privacy of the home. Nauset Rental was very responsive to a few glitches we experienced.
