We stayed at Bayberry House in Orleans for a week in September. The home is immediately comfortable and well appointed. Just about any cooking tool you can think of is supplied. We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. We had wonderful weather for outdoor adventures the first part of the trip. The last few days were very stormy, but the house is so spacious and homey that it was a great place to be, even in inclement weather! Being able to bring our dog was especially helpful.

We loved the Bayberry House. It is a perfect location! The house had great space for family gatherings. Our favorite was
the screened in porch.

This place resonated for us.
Just our speed. The space was comfortable and spacious without being overstated. Privacy, surrounded by woods and natural landscaping. Lots of windows to enjoy the woods, The screened in porch was also ideal. Kitchen was great for home cooking and the grill made the local swordfish taste like steak but better. We would highly recommend this place for people looking for a quiet and serene time to rest, be quiet and at the same time be close with to the waters.

We loved the Bayberry House. It is a perfect location. The kitchen is great for foodies like us, and the backyard feels like a garden oasis! Hope to go again next summer.

Bayberry House was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grill, as we are serious cooks; the open floor plan of the dining room and living room, with the added bonus of a screened-in porch; the tasteful original art work throughout the house; the lovely back deck overlooking the gardens; the master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, with two additional bedrooms on the first floor that gave our teenage kids the space they needed; and last but not least, the location on a quiet dead-end lane but not far from East Orleans and Nauset Beach.

Rental arrangements were made very easily by website/phone. No hassles finding rental office and picking up/dropping off key. Lock box was very convenient.

House was very roomy, clean and well kept. Neighborhood was very quiet. Only reason didn't give it a 10 was because the absence of an outside shower which made it difficult to wash off the sand from the beach before going into house.

Everyone was super helpful especially when we left a few of our items in the house and communicating with the owner.

The house was really great. Super comfy and relaxing and absolutely perfectly clean which I very much appreciated. Everything was also in very good working order, and the kitchen was really excellently fitted out for someone who likes to cook. We definitely hope to stay here again if we make it back to Orleans.
